Applicable rules

IA CONNECT is established in Benin. Its data processing is governed by Law No. 2017-20 of 20 April 2018 on the Digital Code of the Republic of Benin (Book V, protection of personal data). Depending on your country of residence, other data protection rules may also apply.

Information collected

The site has no data-collection form. The only personal information we receive is what you choose to send us by email: usually your name, company, email address and a description of your needs.

Purpose and basis of processing

This information is used only to answer your request and to discuss with you the project you describe. It is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Processing is based on your own initiative: you choose to write to us. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to the address above.

Recipients and service providers

• IA CONNECT, which receives and handles your message.
• Google LLC (Gmail, United States), which provides the mailbox where messages are received.
• Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus), which hosts the site. The server may record technical logs, such as IP address and pages viewed, needed for its operation and security.

Transfers outside Benin and your country

Messages are received on Gmail, provided by Google LLC: they are therefore processed outside Benin, in particular in the United States, and where applicable outside your country of residence. The site is hosted in the European Union.

Retention period

IA CONNECT keeps your request and your exchanges for 12 months from your last exchange when your request did not lead to an engagement, unless you ask for earlier deletion.

Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets no cookies and uses no audience-measurement tool or advertising pixel. The typefaces and the demonstration video are hosted on the site itself: displaying them sends no request to any third-party service.

Only your language preference (French or English) is stored in your browser, under the name iac-lang. It never leaves your device, and you can erase it by clearing the site's data.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to its processing and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to bellokazima@gmail.com. You will receive a reply as soon as possible.

You can also contact a data protection authority: in Benin, the Autorité de protection des données à caractère personnel (APDP, apdp.bj); if you live in another country, that country's authority, for example the CNIL in France or the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland.
